The orders withing Europe will take up to 6 working days to be delivered.
The orders outside of Europe will be delivered within 10 working days.
Returns and Exchanges
If there is a fault in the production, please contact us and send us a picture of the problem. In case you would like to have a refund for your piece the product must be:
* Returned in the original package with all the tags attached.
* Unworn and unwashed.
* Returned within the 14days.
There is no charge for the return of defected items. Tatevik Dancewear is not responsible for packages that get lost in the returning process. We recommend you to ship your return with UPS service. Do not ship anything back before you get our confirmation. Pieces that have been damaged or adjusted during transportation are not returnable or refundable. Please allow 3 weeks for processing and receiving your credit.
If we may have shipped you the incorrect size or model, please contact us. We will send you the piece you ordered free of charge. Do not send anything back before you get our confirmation.
Discounted items can not be returned or refunded.

The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and extra costs associated with package entering the destination country.

How to order for schools?
• Send us and e-mail that explains what you need ( uniforms for students, performance clothing, skirts for girls...)
• We will send you a catalogue where you can choose and create your own designs.
• We confirm the order and after receiving your approval we will send you your order.
We also have ready to order children leotards that are not in the pictures on the website. If you would like to see what we have in stock for your studens or danceschool just let us know and we will send you all the models we already have.
